HOW TO Transfer an individual or Family Group

1. Log into members SLS Members Area - Login

2. Navigate to Transfers - from the Memberships dropdown menu, select ‘Renew, Pay, Transfer & Archive’

3. Start the Transfer Process - Click on ‘Join/Transfer to a New Organisation’

4. Choose Your Options - Select the options that best suit your needs

5. You will be prompted to choose if you want to remain a member at both clubs or fully transfer to the new club

6. If you wish to be a member of more than one club, you’ll also need to indicate which club you want to compete for (to be your main club)

7. Check your details, tick the declarations and submit

8. Update Family Group – If you have a Family Group created you will be asked to confirm if you want to update your Family Group members data with your recent changes, ie. Do you also want to transfer the rest of you family?
   
   Important Note: If you have NOT already created a Family Group, each family member will need to be transferred individually.

   To avoid this, please contact your Club before starting the transfer process so they can help create a Family Group for you. This will make transferring all members much easier.

9. Approval Process - The transfer must be approved by both clubs and Life Saving Victoria (LSV). This process may take a few days to be finalised
