On Friday 4 September, the spotlight turns to some incredibly talented young Bellarine musicians for an evening celebrating the next generation doing what they love.
Kicking the night off with big sounds are The Narrows – a band made up of mostly Grade 6 students. They've got some cracking covers lined up, from Edge of Seventeen and Creep to Teenage Dirtbag and Man I Need. They're followed by Grade 3 DJ superstar DJ Lexi Loops, fresh from taking out this year's Ocean Grove Primary School Apple Fair. Rounding out the night is local legend DJ Rob Major – mentor to these young musicians – who'll keep the tunes rolling into the evening.
Your ticket includes Point Lonsdale's very own Early Nancy's famous gnocchi, while the Surf Club bar will be serving cold drinks at great prices.
ON POINT is about giving young musicians the chance to perform, while giving the rest of us the perfect excuse to catch up with friends, enjoy a great meal and, let's face it… probably end up on the dance floor.
After all… when the music's on point, the food's on point and you're in Point Lonsdale… where else would you want to be?
