Patrol Information

The patrols are categorised as:

• PRE-SEASON

• MAIN SEASON

• POST-SEASON

• PUBLIC HOLIDAY

Patrol Requirements:

✅ Select 1 MAIN SEASON patrol

✅ Select 1 PUBLIC HOLIDAY patrol

✅ Select 2 PRE/POST-SEASON patrols

Your 4 selected patrol dates must total at least 20 hours. You’re welcome to patrol more than 4 dates if you’d like to contribute additional hours!

Important Reminders:

You will receive a notification 7 days before each patrol, sent to the email provided on your form.

These are your committed patrol dates for the season - you are required to attend to help keep our beach safe.

Arrive 15 MINUTES prior to your rostered start time This is essential for set-up and team briefing.

Remember to always check with your Patrol Captain to ensure you’ve been signed in on LIMSOC — and don’t forget to sign out before you leave. This step is essential for accurately recording your patrol hours. If you realise later that you forgot to sign in or out, please contact your Patrol Captain as soon as possible so the patrol log can be updated with LSV.

🚩 Mandatory Patrol Event:

All active members are required to patrol the Rip View Swim Classic on Monday, 29 December 2025.
