The Adult Bronze course involves a combination of self paced physical training, online study and practical face-to-face training conducted over 2 weekends.
The course covers first aid, emergency response, rescue techniques and physical assessment, including 200m run - 200m swim - 200m run (beach / ocean).
Pre-requisites: you must be 17+ and able to swim 400m in under 9 minutes.
The 2022 course will run over 2 consecutive weekends.
Dates: 1st - 2nd October and 8th - 9th October
Location: Point Lonsdale
